I’ve had a few different storage rentals in my life because I like to keep seasonal things out of my way when they aren’t in use. I think this is the first one I’ve ever been able to say that the customer service is actually notable. It’s not something I expect or really tho j about much but it’s really nice that when the person on site is doing rounds they’ll actually ask if I need anything while I’m moving stuff around.

I had a great experience at About Space today. I reserved the storage unit online about an hour before I visited the office. Stan made the setup process was quick and painless. The facilities are much cleaner than some of the other places in the area. I wouldn't have procrastinated for so long had I known it would be this easy! Haha

I had a good experience here at advanced mini storage, Shelli Chew made me feel very welcome and helped me find an affordable storage unit that I needed.

I came in and was immediately greeted by Rhonda. She was extremely helpful and made the whole experience so easy. Everyone in the office was nice. It was clean and welcoming. I really appreciate them.

Customer Service Maria was very nice good. She made sure she calls everyone if there was a security problems telling us to buy a better lock. Because I guess our lock was not good

This facility is run professionally and is always clean. The onsite personnel have outstanding customer service skills. I would recommend Desert Highlands Mini Storage to all.

Very clean and secure facility. Much more expensive than I would like, however OBSS is in a central convenient location in Grass Valley.

Courteous yet warm and professional staff, all questions answered. Clean and well maintained as well as convenient location.

Wonderful experience switched my last facility to this place mainly cause of the top notch customer service I always am taken care of anytime I have and questions or concerns Jennifer the on site manager is always very pleasant to help us out and is very patient and always has a great attitude whenever we come in actually all the staff are very friendly I would recommend placerville self storage to anyone who is looking for a clean secure and very friendly place to keep their property safe I love coming in every month to pay my bill and always leave feeling appreciated unlike other places this facility really knows how to treat their customers I can't say enough good things about the way we are treated here and if anyone has had issues with other storage facilities such as we have in the past then i recommend that you come down and see Jennifer in the office and allow her to demonstrate how it should always be when it comes to great customer service and very friendly and professional service keep up the great work ladies you for sure have won my service and we look forward to future business with you thanks for all the effort put forth in making us feel so welcomed and appreciated

The staff are very friendly and helpful, I can leave my valuable items without the worry of theft cause the property manager is very good at her job, i like that not anyone can just go into the storage yard, only people with a unit and gate code may enter witch gives me a great sense of security, would definitely recommend over any other storage facility!

When we moved to Rio Rancho NM we needed a storage unit,. Started looking up on the web and came across Storage Shield. I contacted them and was able to get a unit immediately. The staff were excellent, pricing for the unit is very affordable and is near where we live. Overall I would recommend Storage Shield to our friends and family. Thank you Storage Shield making it an easy for us.

Signing up for a unit was easy. Got exactly what we needed for a very reasonable price. The property is well maintained and easily accessible.

I would highly recommend Shield Storage to anyone I know! It’s a very clean environment and the staff are also great! Tanner and Tammy did a great job making the whole “move in” process quick and easy. Which was nice because I was in a hurry the day I signed up. Tanner got me through all the paperwork and installed my cylinder lock and I was in and out with my key and gate code in less then 30 minutes!!! A++++

Recently moved some things into Shield Storage after finding a great deal online. I wasn't expecting the great customer service, immaculate property, and fantastic security. Tanner did a great job with initial visit, giving a tour, and relating all the features and benefits of Shield Storage, and property manager Tammy made move in a breeze. I HIGHLY recommend this location!!!

We have used this storage for several years and not had any issues. We recently came back from out of state and had trouble accessing the gate, and couldn't get a hold of anyone since they were closed Mon and Thur. The website has a form you can submit, but no one responded to that either. I now know you can call the other location and they will be able to assist. For the app, find the location ID on the poster outside the gate. Use the format for your Unit# as A01 It is looking for your established gate code, not setting a new code.

This was a very easy process from renting online and the move in. Friendly customer service with follow up calls to make sure everything went well.

My boyfriend has a unit here and out of the 4 he's had in the past year, this is by far the best one. Maria, the live in front office person has been very accommodating to his very hectic schedule. She has always been very friendly and helpful to both my boyfriend's and my questions and needs. I highly recommend this storage facility. If I was to ever have to leave my storage facility at ABC mini storage where they are cheap and also very friendly, I would choose this place.

Billy was awesome! We came in earlier today to rent a unit and he was just great the whole time. Excellent customer service with a smile and friendly attitude the whole time. We joked a little bit about how many skills he has and yes.. he got skills! The property was super clean and well maintained. Helped us set up the APP to get in and out and overall a very easy and pleasant experience. I’ll recommend that anybody who is interested in renting a unit to go by and visit Billy. He’ll set you up!

Friendly and communicates very frequently and efficiently regarding service. Clean storages. And I haven’t really had any problems with them since I started renting.

We needed a safe place to store our belongings as we are awaiting for our baby to come, and found Empire Self Storage. The manager that day was very very nice, helpful and patient going over the different options that could work for us, and although we chose the smallest storage they had, she made the time to show it to us, go over different payment options and introduced us to the rest of the management team! Great work and will always recommend!

Property looks great, easy access and friendly manager. Great prices and the paperwork was all electronic. Thank you for the help.

Clean and well maintained, very friendly and helpful staff and of course in fantanstic safe Southern Highlands neighborhood. Prices comparable to nearby faciliites. Prices may seem higher than average, but it is because of its location. There are no bums or homeless anywhere in sight. You have to go to the older part of town for cheaper storage units. Note you can get locked in after 11PM, so watch the time. Otherwise you have to call the police to get out. My old storage facility had exit gates that open any time once you are on the inside. But I guess it makes it more secure to not do that.

The lady at front desk is very kind considerate BUT has no control to help monetarily...

Update: Emily in the front office addressed and fixed all of my concerns! Thank you so much for your assistance and guidance! Getting setup online was quick and easy. The storage is a pretty decent price with the online discount. Unfortunately, eveyrtime it rains or snows our property gets more and more damaged due to the unit flooding. Luckily we purchased the insurance coverage for an extra 29 a month, but that doesn't replace antiques or family memorabilia. I really wanted to leave a good review, because most of the staff was friendly and it's in a decent location... but when I went in to discuss this with the person in the office, they basically told me to call the coverage number or ask someone else.

I worked with Kelli and Emily to get my storage unit all set up and it was quick and easy. GREAT discount to move in and a clean unit.

Communication and customer interaction was fantastic- quick and painless transaction and a secure, well-kept facility!

Jennifer is AMAZING!! I needed storage quick and the online process was super easy. When I arrived to sign the paperwork and get my keys, that was effortless and quick as well. Jennifer was good, ehen a random man walked in asking to buy sprinkler parts, in limited english, she took the time to explain that it was a storage facility. Then when he asked her for the phone number to a place he could get one, she took the time to look up some numbers for him and sent him on his way… and she did it with a smile the entire time. There is hope for the human race.. Thanks Jenifer for making my move a little easier..

We really liked the storage unit, very clean. Manager was very polite and helpful. She answer all of our questions. I highly recommend this storage facility place. I give it a 5 ??
