As I was in the process of moving to a larger storage unit at Shield Storage, things got kinda mixed up. I was told my gate code would be the same...I came by the next day to move into the new unit but my gate code did not work. Fortunately, it wasn't quite 6:00 pm and Anjelica was still in the office. She stayed well past closing time to fix the problem for me. I received a new gate code and thanks to her perseverance, I was able to move my stuff that evening!

We have had all our belongings stored here since our landlord asked for us to vacate his house we had been renting for many years. We've needed to store all our belongings until the new home we are buying is ready. The staff has always been kind and knowledgeable and answered any/all questions we had. They had storage units available when many storage facilities had no vacant storage options. They also charge a fair price compare to many of the other storage facilities that charge a fortune! They were located close to where we lived and the area we knew we wanted to continue to live in, so they are very convenient. I definitely would recommend this place to anyone looking for a place to store their items!

Kat was talking to me today and I just wanted to say that she’s pretty freaking awesome. I've been here with this storage facility for over a year and half and never once have I had an issue with anyone in the office. I've even broke a piece of the gate off (it's was fixed) but they were calm cool and collective. I love this place not only for the safety but the staff is freaking great. Thanks shield storage you all are awesome people and all deserve raises.
