How to find Shield Storage in Flagstaff, AZ
From the North
If you’re traveling from the Bear Tree Ranch Campground to store your camping equipment after a weekend of camping, you will want to start by heading west on Forest Service Rd 546 toward US-89 N. Then, make a left turn at the 1st cross street onto US-89 S. Stay on the US-89 until you reach E Copeland Ln, where you will turn right. Our storage facility will be on your left near Novakinetics Aerosystmes.
From the Southeast
To reach Shield Storage from the south/southeast or the area surrounding Grand Canyon Stables, you will start by going to Hutton Ranch Rd which you will take until you reach Townsend-Winona Rd where you will turn right. Then, in just over 3 miles, you will make a right turn onto Koch Field Rd. Next, you will turn left onto Silver Saddle Rd where you will travel for approximately 1.2 miles until you reach the US-89 N. Take a right onto the US-89 N. In about 3 miles, you will turn left onto E Copeland Ln where you will turn right. Our storage facility will be on your left near Novakinetics Aerosystmes.
From the West
If you are traveling back to your storage unit at Shield Storage from Arizona Snowbowl, you will begin by heading west toward N Snow Bowl Rd. Then, continue onto N Snow Bowl Rd and turn left onto US-180 E/N Fort Valley Rd. Then, turn left onto W Forest Ave which will turn into E Cedar Ave. You will continue on the same road as the road turns into E Lockett Rd, turning right onto N Fanning Dr. Then, use any lane to turn left onto US-180 E/W Historic Route 66. Next, continue to follow US-180 E and then onto US-89 N. You will pass by McDonald’s (on the right) and make a left turn onto E Copeland Ln. Our storage facility will be on your left near Novakinetics Aerosystmes.
From the South
To get to our facility from the Northern Arizona University (NAU) Flagstaff campus, get on AZ-89A and head southwest on E McConnell Dr. Then, turn left onto the Interstate 17 South S ramp to Phoenix/US 89A/Interstate 40. Merge onto AZ-89A (signs for I-17 N). You will want to take exit 340A to merge onto I-40 E and take exit 201 toward US-89 N/Page. You will then turn left onto US-180 W/Country Club Dr and in about a half mile use the right 2 lanes to turn right onto US-89 N. Pass by McDonald’s and continue driving until you get to Copeland Ln where you will turn left. Our storage facility will be on your left near Novakinetics Aerosystmes.
