I just today procured my storage unit. It’s Labor Day and this place was the only storage that answered. Nora was pleasant. When I arrived it took 15 min to complete all paper work. I needed a small unit while visiting Flagstaff. It fits my needs perfectly. It was clean and the driveways that pull up next to the units are large and easy to drive in and out. I’m pleased all the way around.

If I could give them more stars, I would! I have had Empire/Shield Storage for about 6 or 7 years. They were always kind and very helpful with any questions. The storage areas are well maintained and clean. I've always felt secure in having my stuff on their site. Not once did I ever have to worry. They were very great in communicating any and all changes with policy if it was going to affect me. They are so awesome, and I will miss them as I am now moving out of town. So, if you are looking for a great, clean and well-respected storage facility Empire/Shield Storage is perfect for you!
