Shield Storage Refund Policy:
All storage spaces are rented as-is for monthly increments of time at all storage locations. Refunds will only be issued once the storage space is vacated. Refunds will only to be made for unused, full month increments. Thus, one or more complete months that have been pre-paid may be refunded.
Refunds are not issued for a partial month’s rent at the time of move-out under any circumstance.
To receive your refund, please notify Management of your intent to vacate the storage unit. This will allow Management the opportunity to process your refund of pre-paid rent in a timely manner.
The provisions of this general refund policy can be modified by your individual rental agreement. See your rental agreement for full details.
