Great place to store excess treasure for the dragon on the go. Let’s face it our culture has turned away from traditional values. I don’t need 50 pairs of shoes, seven sewing machines and a twelve foot woodworking bench with a built in 14 inch vise. But I saw it and I wanted it. Now I have a place for it that doesn’t cost an arm and a leg to store the shoe and the glove it’s for. The front office ladies are great. Really make me feel less of a monster for hoarding treasure. l I would never recommend this place to anybody in Spokane. It's highway robbery and I am getting taken to the cleaners and I can't seem to get any help I'm trying to get ahold of the district manager because they're holding my one storage space hostage because I'm overdue on the other one and I want to get the one out and they're two different contracts with different dates and two different fees and the one I want to get out until the 29th of the month but because the other one is late because I've been in the hospital I have to pay on both of them or they won't let me in the gate to get in the one that is not late I am absolutely livid I wouldn't recognize recommend it to anybody to go there avoid the headache as I have one and I've been sick because of it I was told the district manager had to handle it and I can't get anybody to get them to call me.

This is a new post due to the fact that They LIE...they only give you a $10 credit if they like you. I have made a total of 4 reviews on Google and on Yelp and still have not received any credit to account. And also am moving my things out of here ASAP. They placed a $25 charge on my account labeling it as Administrative Charge. And placed a block on my account to pay my bill online. So when I called the facility to inquire what the charge was for I was unable to contact anyone. I was put into a phone tree loop and not given a CLEAR direction of how to leave a message within that original phone loop message. And so by the time I was able to get a hold of someone I received late charges. And to top it off the "charge' was a cleaning fee that they put on my account. The fee should never have been put on my account due to the fact that I was sent an email and we promptly took care of the problem and then apologized and let them know that we had fixed the issue, therefore I didn't expect a charge for that, because clearly the email stated that there would be a $25 fee to the account if the issue wasn't resolved by the next day when they do their "lock check" When I spoke to a manager about it they said there was nothing they could do to remedy the situation. I am pissed about it. All of the late fees and charges since have all been acquired due to that initial fee that should never have been charged in the first place. So BEWARE if considering to rent from this facility on South Hill. You will be bamboozled into thinking that you are getting a great deal but they will charge you even if you take care of an issue, they will lie and say that you didn't. Still would LOVE to speak with the District Manager about this but have not been given a contact number, name or received any kind of communication from that person. I can't wait to see what they try to pull next. If they try to charge me for "damage to the unit" because the inside of one of the storages has cut and unsecured wire ceiling, I have the photo showing (with the date stamp) that it was like this from the start. And they knew it!

Trash. Absolute trash. The management has no idea what they are doing besides stealing your money, even their systems can't do proper math! They've locked us from our unit for no reason 2 times! Today, I went to go settle a billing dispute. The manager, Kimberly, was extremely unresponsive. Did not care at all about what was being. Refused to speak with me about the account until I told her to call the police. I have the ENTIRE interaction recorded. Showing me being as respectful as I can to an individual like this. After I finally had her pull up the receipts and send them off to me, she decided to trespass me from her property permanently. Now, idk about you, but if I had an upset individual come to me to try and figure out his bill, and he was calm, nice, respectful, didn't raise his voice, didn't cuss, I would personally not mind dealing with that person again. If, on the other hand, I just sent evidence proving I was in the wrong, I wouldn't want that person on my property either. Kinda weird if you ask me. This company offers you money for reviews, you can't trust the 5 star ratings you see. Horrible people. Horrible place. Terrible condition.

I used South hill mini storage during my move in 2023, while storing my belongings in their facility the neighboring unit was broken into and the thief broke the wall between the two units. From my unit they stole a $500 car subwoofer amplifier as well as my vinyl collection, my unit was covered by insurance through South hill mini storage and they denied my claim. Do not trust them with the safety of your items and don't pay extra for insurance that won't pay when your unit is robbed.

Beware! This location offers a discount for good reviews, they buy their positive reviews to hide the truth! This location is unsafe for your belongings! Within a few days of us storing some of our expensive items, our storage unit was broken into. We lost thousands of dollars worth of collectibles and personal items because we made the mistake of trusting the reviews of this location! Our nice lock on the door did not matter because they cut the whole assembly off, their “secure fence” did not slow them down, they cut through it, and the “cameras” that should have seen all of this, we could not obtain any evidence for our case because the manager said they are not required to disclose that information. The manager herself saw the break in and the damage to our unit, the same day it happened, and yet she chooses not to help our case. They state “that because we don’t have receipts for our items that were stolen” the insurance that we paid for will not cover anything, even though the cameras in plain sight would have captured our items being stolen from the unit. Our collection of personal items that was stolen, was obtained over 10+ years. Would you have a receipt for a rare collectible you bought 10 years ago? Would you have a receipt for grandma’s sentimental hand me down kitchen-ware collection? Would you have a receipt for that one really cool thing you bought used? They asked if we had any photos of those items in our possession to help our case, we sent them photos, they told us those photos looked staged and we fabricated them after the items were stolen! Who are they to say?!? Should I have taken a picture of grandma’s cast iron skillet on my head, holding my drivers license next to my face? Their insurance policy is a scam!! The management here is very poor, they ignore our emails and calls, and when they respond, all they say is that they can’t help us. We lost a lot of money, the day our storage unit was broken into. We wish that you will think twice before choosing this location. We are leaving this bad review, because we suspected from the start when we were signing up for our unit, the reviews were too good to be true, and so we opted out of their “positive review” discount/bribe. I would give this storage unit 0 stars if I could.

This company is dishonest they fixed a wall after the unit has been broken into several weeks prior, but never informed me. Told me they would get the rest of the damages fixed and requested to put their lock on it and that they would inform me as soon as it was done so I could get back in there and find out what was stolen and file an insurance claim. This was In mid November. This week I got a notice that my rent is going up but still have not had any access to my unit and have not been called to let me know they have fixed everything and I can get my lock back on to regain access. I posted on the Nextdoor app and was shocked to have Tons of responses from prior renters that had experienced the exact same situation with this company. Do not take your business here they have no follow through. and your things are not safe!!! My pictures below are where the wall was removed by the people that broke in and then the storage unit as you can see. Had already replaced it by putting a metal wall up but claims they had no idea mine had been broken into. Months later I am going to have to go down now and re-organize everything and try to figure out what was stolen, don’t trust these people!
