Reserved a large storage unit on-line with A Better Storage Solution. When I showed up the following day Ross gave me tour of the facility and then processed my reservation. He was very efficient and personable during the renting process. The unit we rented was very clean and the whole property well maintained. Access is easy and available from early morning until late evening. The facility is secure with gated entry and video cameras, and caretaker quarters on site. The rental rates were very reasonable. First 2 months were 50% off by reserving on-line!

I was extremely pleased with the much needed assistance required for storing our newly purchased travel trailer. The on site manager, Ross, assisted as my 'hired hand' (no money involved, hah!) and got me squared away. He was most pleasant and helpful in answering my many questions and saved me, once again, after I had arrived home in Seattle having forgotten to chock my trailer wheels. He took care of it leaving me with that much needed comfort I needed for the winter storage. Great place and extremely well run!
