If you’re looking for the best, most quiet, easy to sign up, friendly place in Reno to store your things, this right here is it. Not to mention you won’t find anywhere cheaper in town. The prices are perfect and I’m so thankful to store my stuff at this facility. They have tons of security cameras and even have parking to store your boat or RV. Amber at the front desk is absolutely amazing and such a lovely friendly person to work with. She will walk you straight to your unit is incredibly informative. One of the workers on site even helped me unload some of the things big items out of my truck. So thankful for this place! Five stars! Wish I could’ve given 10!

So far have had a pretty good experience just stared renting from them, the office lady was pretty cool and understanding it took me a few days to get into the office to get the lock and key. Kinda sucky they close the gates kinda early but understandable when you have multiple ones you don't want to stay out late shuting them. They were very helpful when I was on the fence about renting from them or not. And I got a call back a few days after talking to someone and asking questions to see if I had decided to rent from them or somewhere else. That is pretty unbelievable.

Good Price for an indoor storage unit. All is good but having trouble logging in to the online payment page. Hopefully I'll get that fixed soon.

I just left Mesquite Self Storage, and Keysha was so friendly and helpful. She answered all my questions and showed me around the facility. I would definately recommend Mesquite self storage!

I’ve never had to rent a storage unit in my life. My sister has rented from Placerville Self Storage in the past and highly recommended them to me. I looked them up online and thought that the generosity of first three months half off was enticing. Set up an appointment with Michelle for a look at a 5x10. Three days ago my sister and I took the tour with Michelle and looked at 5 x 10 unit. Michelle had that one on reserve for me. My sister felt 5x10 too small for my needs and I agreed. We asked about the next size up, 15 x 10. Michelle quickly checked and said the unit right across from the one we were looking at and the last of that size, 15x10 was available. We signed up for that one and Michelle was: direct and simplified the steps regarding the storage unit, informative, calming and pleasant to deal with. I would highly recommend this place for your storage needs. The place is secure and the price is reasonable. The biggest plus? Is the front office personnel, Michelle and Jen. Thx Ladies!

Shield made it very easy to rent a unit. I did it online in the course of about half an hour on a Sunday and could have arranged to move in that day, but instead chose the following day. Khriss contacted me Monday morning with a welcoming phone call and email. We met at the facility on Camage Avenue a half hour later and got the final paperwork taken care of in about 10 minutes time and she walked me through the rules and access instructions and we inspected the unit together. It was a very pleasant experience.

I've had my things in storage here for several years. I was moving my things to another place closer to my home. When I went to get my things out of Shield Storage it was full of dirt. Not dust, dirt. See photos. They said this was normal because my stuff has been undisturbed for several years. I have asthma. It wasn't good for me to be in there. Thankfully a man was nearby with a blower. I had to sit in my truck as he blew it out and I waited for the dust to settle and the gas fumes to dissipate. The people here are nice and helpful. I've never had an issue except for the dirt encounter. The pricing was comparable to other places.

I have Very limited time to access it not only because of the hours but I don't have a vehicle. And for 2 hours of every day they have meetings in the afternoon which cuts my access even more due to not having a gate code. The special price for the first 2 months is great tho. Overall decent experience, even better if they fix the gate?

I really like Sheild Storage. I have a unit in Nevada. The office crew is always cheery and helpful when I call. The unit I rented was clean and had no holes or damage to the walls. The sliding door is a normal door but easy to open. I have 24 hour access when needed. Sheild storage has good security measures but not to the point of being burdensome. I got a great monthly deal.
