These storage units in Kansas City are very clean and affordable and not to mention... they are affordable climate controlled storage units in KC! And the staff is second to none! Theresia, the property manager, is as helpful and courteous as can be. I would recommend this storage facility to everyone... It's a hidden storage facility gem!

I would highly recommend Shield Storage to anyone I know! It’s a very clean environment and the staff are also great! Tanner and Tammy did a great job making the whole “move in” process quick and easy. Which was nice because I was in a hurry the day I signed up. Tanner got me through all the paperwork and installed my cylinder lock and I was in and out with my key and gate code in less then 30 minutes!!! A++++

Tanner did a great job with initial visit, giving a tour, and relating all the features and benefits of Shield Storage, and property manager Tammy made move in a breeze. I HIGHLY recommend this location!!!

Pricing is the best for an insulated unit, elevator and dolly carts to make bringing stuff to your unit easier, and great hours as well. As a DJ this is a very positive. I also left my key in the lock one time and they instantly notified me about it. It’s great to know that they check things like that and secure each unit. If you’re looking for a good storage in Vegas please choose this one!

I have been using the facility on Craig and Decatur for 5 years. The response time for email replies is under 24 hours. I have not had rodent or pest problems. The facility is climate controlled and as a school teacher, this is vital for storing my classroom supplies during the intense summer heat. The location is easy access from my home to my work.

Friendly staff knowledgeable excellent storage hours clean facility safe I would highly recommend this facility to anybody in fact I'm going to get another unit here soon

As I was in the process of moving to a larger storage unit at Shield Storage, things got kinda mixed up. I was told my gate code would be the same...I came by the next day to move into the new unit but my gate code did not work. Fortunately, it wasn't quite 6:00 pm and Anjelica was still in the office. She stayed well past closing time to fix the problem for me. I received a new gate code and thanks to her perseverance, I was able to move my stuff that evening!
